  1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?

Yes, we work hard to always provide international shipping. Shipping cost is determined by weight and distance package is traveling. Orders are shipped via USPS and are generally shipped the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. US orders over $50 are automatically eligible for Free Shipping.

  1. Where do you ship from?

We ethically manufacture and ship our products to you from the USA.

  1. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?

We can not issue refunds once the order is already

  • in production
  • being prepared for shipment
  • or has been shipped

However, if you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, we may be able to cancel your order.

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed & shipped out within 1-3 business days. Estimated shipping time for US orders is 3-5 business days. International orders have an estimated shipping of 10-15 business days.

  1. How do I obtain my tracking number?

Your tracking number(s) will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. When receiving your tracking number(s), please allow up 1-3 days for the shipping company to activate/update the tracking number.

  1. Will my order be delivered by ________?

If you plan to purchase one of our products as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the item(s) close, in regards to our estimated shipping time, when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
