Shipping & Returns
Shipping cost is determined by weight and distance package is traveling. Orders are shipped via USPS and are generally shipped the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Once items are shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info for your order :-) Items usually arrive within 3-5 days after they are shipped within the United States.
We use minimal packaging materials to reduce our shipping waste. All of our mailers are made from recycled content. They are reusable, recyclable, compostable in proper facilities, and made in the U.S.A.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be just as stoked on your purchase as we are! But if the size doesn't fit, or there's a defect, we'll swap it out for you within 15 days!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Ordered a small but need a medium? Can't decide between two designs? We offer easy-breezy exchanges within 15 days of your purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you need to exchange an item, just send us an email at email@example.com and we'll take care of the rest.
To return your product, you should mail the item to the Be Kind Vibes address on the confirmation email. Our mailers are reusable, so please help us reduce waste by reusing the same packaging.
We'll also cover the shipping cost! Once the return has been finalized, we'll send out a shipping label to the email address provided during your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
